Text John 14:1-15, Psalm 91:15-16, Matt. 6:25-34 We have seen from the scripture, a general caution which Christ gave his disciples against troubles of heart. The disciples were probably troubled at heart when Jesus Christ told them just for a little longer he would be for them. The disciples were troubled at heart because they felt that Jesus Christ was leaving them behind. They might conceivably be thinking at heart, how they abandoned everything in their lives and followed Christ. Now he was leaving them behind and the world will make mockery of them.
